These are the terms on which we sell a reading. Plain language, no surprises buried in the middle.
AurumTao ("we", "us") sells written personality insight readings at https://aurumtao.com. Payments are processed and sales are made by our merchant of record, Creem, which means the seller of record on your receipt is Creem.
A written reading prepared from the birth details you enter, on the topic you select. It is digital content delivered immediately. You receive it on screen at the moment of purchase, as a PDF if you choose to download one, and through a private link valid for 30 days.
You must be 18 or over. One purchase is for one person's reading. Do not resell, republish, or pass the content off as your own.
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They describe tendencies, not outcomes.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Any tax that applies where you live is calculated and shown before you confirm. Payment is taken by Creem on their checkout page; we never see your card details.
Delivery is immediate and happens on screen. Your private link stays valid for 30 days from purchase and then stops working. Because delivery is instant and digital, your statutory right to withdraw ends at the moment delivery begins — provided you were told so and agreed at checkout, which we do and you are. If you have not unlocked the reading, you can still cancel and be refunded in full.
Governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: if it did not unlock or something broke on our side, full refund; once delivered, no refund.
Used to produce your reading, then deleted. We keep an order log for accounting and disputes that contains no birth details. See the Privacy Policy.
It is yours to read, print and keep for your own use. Please do not publish it, resell it, or present it as your own work.
Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it, or use it to obtain readings for people who have not asked for one.
We provide the reading as described, and that is the extent of what we promise. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make after reading it, or for losses that follow from those decisions. Nothing here removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed.
The reading is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, the date at the top changes. Changes apply to purchases made after that date, not retroactively.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which AurumTao operates, without prejudice to consumer protections you have where you live.
