A written personality insight reading, built from your birth date and birth place, written about the topic you picked — how someone feels, whether a connection can be repaired, where your strengths lie, and so on. It is delivered on screen and downloadable as a PDF.
$19.99 for one reading, or $39 for three. Buying one? You can add a second at checkout for $10. Everything is paid once — there is no subscription, and the total including any tax is shown before you confirm.
No. We do not predict events, and we do not claim to. A reading describes tendencies — how you tend to think, relate and respond — which is a different thing entirely. Anyone who tells you a birth date determines what happens to you is selling you something.
Leave it blank. The reading is then built from your date and place alone. It stays coherent; a couple of the finer points are simply less specific.
Seconds. The free part appears as soon as you submit, and the full reading unlocks the moment payment clears. Nothing is emailed and nothing is queued.
Your reading stays at this link for 30 days. Save it or bookmark it — we do not send it by email, because we do not ask for your email. When it expires the reading is gone from our side, which is deliberate.
They are used to prepare your reading and then deleted. They are never written to a customer database. We keep an order record for payment disputes and accounting — an order reference, the payment provider's transaction reference, the time, the amount, and when your link expires — and that record contains no birth details. Full detail is on the Privacy Policy page.
Only as a finished snapshot, for 30 days, so that your private link works. That snapshot contains no birth data of its own — it is the written result, not the input. After 30 days it is deleted automatically.
If it did not unlock, or something was broken on our side, yes — immediately and without argument. Once it has unlocked, no, because it has been delivered. The line is drawn where delivery actually happens, and the whole policy is on the Refund Policy page. Email support@aurumtao.com and we will deal with it.
Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. They run the checkout page, handle the card, deal with tax where you live, and issue the receipt. They will be the name on your statement.
No, and please do not. A reading is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we are not qualified to give any of those. Take those questions to a licensed professional.
